Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Cataloge, and Phone or E-mail us your order or add your selected items to your shopping cart.

After you have finished your selection, either send your order through our secure On-line ordering service or E-Mail us at SALES@LADDERSUK.NET and your order will be processed. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

We accept Cash, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Solo and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via Internet, phone or Fax.

We offer Free delivery on orders with a nett value in excess of £350.00, orders below this value an Initial carriage/handling charge of £12.77 + V.A.T. (£15.00) will be incurred (UK Mainland only). All subsequent Re-Deliveries are charged at £6.38 + V.A.T. (£7.50) Overseas orders will be quoted seperately.

We deliver your order right away via our 24Hr Nationwide Next Working day Delivery service. We will advise you if your order will take more than 10 working days . International orders are generally received in under 28 days.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

We guarantee your satisfaction and offer a 12 month guarantee against manufacturing defects.
